Asking for help is one of the hardest things that we face.  Approaching our friends or family leaves us open to being judged, something that we all find very difficult.  CG Counselling and Psychotherapy understands this and our practice is aimed at resolving this issue.  If you have something on your mind, if you need to talk to someone about a situation you are in or if you need impartial advice we are here for you.  We will listen without judging and we will offer advice if needed.
